A seated movement session for health and wellbeing Our seated movement sessions are packed with lively music, easy movements, and plenty of laughs. It’s a brilliant way to keep your body moving at a speed that suits you, especially if you have trouble with your knees, hips, or balance. Best of all, it’s a wonderful place to make new friends in the local community! Join Plymouth Dance and Take A Part in a session giving you the chance to move your body your way. No previous experience is needed. Sessions are free of charge and take place monthly at the East End Development Trust. These sessions have been made possible thanks to support from the Rank Foundation and are organised by Take A Part in collaboration with Plymouth Dance and partner organisations in the East End of Plymouth.
