My Sunday Evening Reset Sound Bath has been created as a gentle pause between the week that has just been and the one that lies ahead - an opportunity to release any tension you've been carrying, quieten a busy mind and begin the new week feeling calmer, grounded and restored. You'll be guided through a meditation before being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong and other therapeutic instruments. My voice is also an integral part of my sound baths, woven intuitively throughout the experience to create a deeply moving and immersive journey.
