Take an hour out of your Sunday to slow down, breathe, notice and simply be present. Whether you're completely new to meditation or returning to a practice, you are warmly welcome. No experience needed and no need to empty your mind. Just you, the trees and an hour to pause. We'll begin with a short welcome and simple mindfulness guidance, followed by 20 minutes of silent, eyes-open meditation. Afterwards, you're welcome to stay for optional sharing and conversation or simply enjoy the park and continue with your day.
