20th September 2026 2.00 - 5.30pm Autumn Seasonal Day Retreat 2.00pm-5.30pm A time to release and let go, aligning with the natural cycle of change at our afternoon seasonal Autumn Retreat. Opening Circle & Intention Setting (20 min) Welcome & grounding meditation. Smudging or simple cleansing ritual. Share one word or intention for renewal.​ ​ Cacao Ceremony – Awakening the Heart (40 min) Introduction to cacao as sacred heart medicine. Serving ritual with gratitude & blessing. Guided heart-opening meditation with cacao. ​ Creative Reflection – What to Release (40 min) Guided journaling: What am I ready to release this spring? Art-making: Create a symbolic representation of what you are letting go of. Prepare to offer creations into the fire. ​ Fire Ceremony – Release & Renewal (35 min) Gather around the fire. Optional sharing of what is being released. Burn symbolic creations in the fire with gratitude. Invite new growth with drumming, chanting, or silent blessing. ​ Sound Healing Journey – Blossoming into Renewal (50 min) Participants lie down and relax. Guided soundscape with crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and drum. Journey through renewal, opening, and blossoming. Gentle return with soft bells or voice. ​ Vision Board – Manifesting Spring Intentions (40 min) Guided meditation: Envision the seeds you wish to plant in your life. Creative time: Build a vision board with magazines, affirmations, art supplies. Closing group blessing to anchor intentions. ​ Integration & Closing Circle (15 min) Journaling or optional sharing of insights. Gratitude ritual to thank cacao, fire, sound, and spring energy. Closing meditation or chant to seal the circle. Parking Information Parking is a 4-5 minute walk from the venue. You will be met on Honeycritch Lane and guided to a parking space close to the event. We have 3 disabled parking spaces on site. Please contact us should you need to park in a disabled space. When attending in the winter months please bring a torch with you as the track to the venue is not lit. This event will be hosted by Martin and Libby, and will bring you a truly unique soul experience.
