Clarity & Confidence Retreat - Sept 2026

If you are stretched too thin, running on empty this retreat provides you with time and space to refill, reflect and unravel what is really holding you back so that you can gain clarity of what you want and the confidence to make it happen. No matter how much we want something, change is messy, chaotic and at times frustrating. It often requires getting comfortable with uncomfortable and uncertainity which can be challenging on our own. In a world that is focus on positivity whilst also encouraging people to talk about how they feel, it is easy to feel like talking is a waste of time, but what if you were talking to some that could ask questions and train your attention on the outcome, resources and solutions that align with the way you think, work and learn? What if you had a safe space to process any negative niggles and also celebrate positive change? This is an invitation into my home with a small group of no more than 6 people; time to: • Reflect • Think • Plan You will leave with: • Clarity, focus and direction • Tools and processes to unravel what is holding you back • Your next best step for now. Plus, a new network of peer support without peer pressure. How the retreats work is that we come together as a small group to find out what you want from the day and what resource and support you might need and then you can choose to either stay with the group or find your own private space somewhere in the house to be still, reflect and think.
