Breathwork, meditation & deep rest in a hidden Georgian sanctuary beside Winchester Cathedral. The Resonance Room is a fortnightly Friday evening reset designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect before the weekend begins. Following a sold-out launch and wonderful feedback from participants, these guided evenings are becoming a growing community of people seeking calm, connection and a regular wellbeing practice in the heart of Winchester. Held in the beautiful Friends Meeting House on historic Colebrook Street, moments from Winchester Cathedral, each evening combines pranayama breathwork practices, mantra meditation and deep rest in a calm and welcoming setting. No previous experience is needed. Cushions, mats and chairs are provided — simply bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing. The evening is designed to gently calm the nervous system, release stress and create space after a busy week. Guided breathwork practices help settle the body and quiet the mind, followed by meditation and restorative rest. After the session, you're warmly invited to stay for tea and conversation in the peaceful Georgian garden. Many people simply continue on a pay-as-you-go basis, which is absolutely fine. Founding Membership – £30 per month A limited number of Founding Memberships are available, with the first 20 members securing the £30 rate for as long as their membership remains active.
