Zenné Breathwork: Static

It doesn't clear on its own. It needs you to do something about it. Just like the autumn leaves shedding what no longer serves them, we'll spend two hours getting Zenné & calming the static. After the busiest, sunniest summer, it's time to transition... just like the seasons do. To regulate your system, and feel ready for what's next. Together, we'll be exploring Conscious Connected Breathwork to tap into an altered state that can be profound, clarifying & deeply connecting to yourself, and to the people breathing beside you. We'll be together from 10am–12pm: opening with intention, moving through the breath together, and closing as a group to bring it all back round. Autumn's golden hour, by the water, the season already loosening its grip so something new can take root. This is the same work... stepping into autumn intentionally, and ready to grow.
