Venue & ticket info

The Monthly Reset | Group Hypnotherapy & Nervous System Reset. Skin to Soul by Emma Ward Welcome to The Monthly Reset! Ready to hit the Reset button? Join us in person for The Monthly Reset. A chance to pause, breathe and reset. The Monthly Reset is a guided Solution Focused Hypnotherapy experience designed to calm your nervous system, quiet the noise of everyday life and give your mind the space it needs to recharge. For 1-hour, there is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to do. Simply allow yourself to slow down, let go of tension and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive environment. Through the power of neuroscience and neuroplasticity, consistent moments of deep relaxation can help create lasting positive change. Each monthly session builds on the last, supporting a calmer mind, a more resilient nervous system and a more positive outlook. Limited to just 10 women to keep the experience intimate and personal. If you’d like to continue your journey, take a look at my upcoming Monthly Reset dates and join us again.
