We begin with cacao, to open the heart and soften your inner state. Then breathwork, to regulate the nervous system and bring you deeper into the body. Followed by Kundalini Activation, where your natural life force begins to move. SOUND HEALING and we close with integration and reflection, so you can actually land in what shifts 🤍 This session works directly with the body and nervous system. It is a gentle, body-led Kundalini activation supported by sound, music, and presence. There is no technique to perform and nothing to control. Most of the session takes place lying down. You are guided to settle into the body and allow the process to unfold naturally. Energy is not forced or directed. The body responds in its own way, at its own pace. Experiences vary and may include: • waves of energy or warmth • spontaneous movement or stillness • emotional release • deep relaxation and clarity All responses are valid. There is no “right” experience. Cacao will be offered as a grounding element to support embodiment and safety, not as a ritual focus. The session ends with time for rest and integration, so the experience can settle into the body rather than overwhelm it.
