Bringing gentle movement into a deeply relaxing sound bath, creating space to slow down, breathe, and truly pause before the busy season. ✨ Yin Yoga & Sound Evening at The Pavilion, Graylingwell Park ✨ Join us for our first Yin Yoga and Sound evening session at The Pavilion, Graylingwell Park, a chance to slow the mind and body, take some time for yourself, and find stillness as the busy world moves around you. 🕯️ Candlelight • Gentle Movement • Breathwork • Meditation • Yin Yoga • Sound & Gong Bath We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and supported Yin Yoga postures, using props to help you settle comfortably into each position. What is Yin Yoga? Yin is a gentle, mainly floor-based style of yoga where postures are held for a longer period of time. Rather than flowing from one pose to another, Yin encourages you to slow down, soften and become more aware of your body and breath. No previous yoga experience is needed and the session is suitable for all levels. Our aim is simply to create a space where you can pause, turn inward and reconnect with yourself. Following the Yin practice, you’ll be invited to relax and unwind to the soothing sounds of chimes and gongs. Allow the sounds to wash over you as you settle into deep rest, creating a sense of calm and clarity. You may also like to bring: • A pillow for your head • A blanket to keep you cosy • Water to drink afterwards Mats, bolsters and blocks are provided. ⚠️ Important information Sound Baths / Gong Baths are suitable for most people, but they are not advised in the following circumstances: • First trimester of pregnancy • Pacemaker • Unsupported serious mental health condition • Sound-induced epilepsy Please also let us know before the session if you have: • Metal implants • Tinnitus • A severe illness • Had recent surgery By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the above information.
