Let's embrace the changing seasons with this seasonally reflective afternoon yoga retreat at the beautiful, peaceful Fintry Trust near Godalming.​ At the Autumn Equinox, the world pauses in perfect balance. It is the moment of Samatva—equanimity. Join me for a practice of transition. We will use a steady Vinyasa flow to ground our energy into the cooling earth, followed by deeply restorative yoga, supported by beautiful live music to draw us into meditation on sound.
