Beginners Visible Clothes Mending

Instead of throwing out beloved items of clothing due to damage, fraying, or even stains, try visible mending. Using simple but stylish sewing techniques, learn how to fix your favourite shirts, jeans, jackets, and more via decorative patching, stitching, and darning. Taught in our wonderful shop by one of our fabulous tutors. You'll learn the basics in a fun atmosphere with other Beginners. We'll provide the needles and thread. If you have a garment you'd like to mend, bring that along if you want to, otherwise, we have plenty of fabrics samples for you to learn and practice on. There'll be teas and coffees, and of course biscuits.
