Falling into Autumn - A Sound Bath for letting go

As the leaves fall and Autumn deepens, gift yourself time to slow down, let go, and turn inward through the healing vibrations of sound. Welcome to Celestial Sounds As autumn deepens and the natural world begins to let go, join me for a deeply relaxing sound bath inspired by the changing season. October invites us to slow down, turn inward and release what we no longer need to carry. As the leaves fall and the evenings grow darker, we can take our cue from nature allowing ourselves a little more space for rest, reflection and renewal. We’ll begin with a gentle guided seasonal meditation, accompanied by the harp, before settling into an immersive journey through the sounds and vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion. There is nothing you need to do. Simply lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive the sounds. Sound baths can offer a beautiful opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, quieten the mind and experience a deeper sense of rest and connection. No experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothing, bring anything that helps you feel cosy, and allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound.
