Gents Fire & Ice Morning at the Bisley Yurt, Miles Green Farm.

The sauna is a hand-built shepherd's hut, heated by a wood-burning stove. The plunge is cold. Between the two you'll learn to control your breathing, calm your nervous system and stay in the cold longer than you thought you could. No experience needed and nothing to prove. Just turn up, do the rounds and leave feeling sharper than when you arrived. THE MORNING 1. Arrival and orientation – meet the group, get changed and learn how to stay safe in the heat and cold 2. Tea and refreshments 3. Sauna and cold plunge – rounds in the wood-fired hut, then the plunge, then rest. Go at your own pace 4. Breathwork and guided meditation – guided breathing to settle the body, then a quiet close to the morning TICKETS Early Bird – £15 (until Fri 26 September or until sold out) Group – £20 per person (for 2 or more booked in one order) Standard – £25 (also the price on the door if any spaces are left) Spaces are limited by the size of the hut. Book in advance to be sure of a place. WHAT TO BRING Swim shorts, two towels, sliders or flip-flops, warm layers and a hat for afterwards, and a water bottle. HEALTH AND SAFETY Sauna and cold water put real stress on the body. If you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or any other medical condition, check with your GP before booking. No alcohol before or during the session. Over 18s only.
