Women's Autumn Walk - Good Body x Hannah Roe

Hannah's expert eye will lead us on her chosen route, bringing its stories, people and past to life as we walk. From what you may recognise to what often goes unseen, our Sunday trip offers an alternative way to get active, meet like-minded women and get a smile on your face. Over around four-to-five hours, our easy-medium pace will see us enjoying the landscape, having a natter and stopping along the way to refuel. Good Body is a different type of personal training, built around movement, connection and doing things that make you feel good in your body. We believe movement is about much more than how you look, and that getting outside, being curious and moving together can be a pretty good place to start.
