No pressure, no reading out loud unless you want to. Just good company, fun activities and the chance to meet some good people and leave feeling a bit lighter. BIG STRONG MAN This event is part of our BIG STRONG MAN project - a community-led men’s mental health programme delivered across Scarborough and Selby. The workshops explore themes of men’s mental health, loneliness and suicide prevention through meaningful engagement activity: celebrating the area, signposting participants to support services, teaching them creative ways to manage their mental wellbeing and campaigning for social change.
