4 Elements Movement & Sound Bath

Ease down Sunday with a 4 Elements embodiment practice, then rest in a deep sound bath with an optional sauna & natural plunge. Following the Four Elements Model, Glen and Julian take you through an experience designed to deepen your mind-body connection and build the capacity to navigate daily living. A three-hour session in the Green Learning Dome at Willow Garth: together we will explore Earth, Air, Fire and Water through movement, posture and sound. Then we settle into the resonance of gong, singing bowls and tuning forks. To finish, if you wish, a sauna and open water plunge.
