Samhain Holotropic Breathwork

A conscious, connected breathwork journey; honouring the cycles of life, death and rebirth - making way for the Winter season. At Samhain we feel a thinning of the veil between life and death on the cusp of the Winter season. We will have the oppotunity to connect, ground and do some somatic exercises together before getting comfortable for around 65 minutes of guided breathing, with optional intuitive touch nd bodywork. Afterwards there will be opportunity to journal and share our experience with a nourishing, grouding snack and tea. What are the benefits of this type of breathwork? Emotional & Psychological • Releasing repressed emotions, trauma, and stress • Emotional processing and deep clarity • Gaining insight into personal struggles, patterns, or unresolved conflicts • Reducing anxiety, depression, and feelings of being stagnant/stuck Spiritual & Transpersonal Exploration • Experiences of interconnectedness, unity and transcending the ego and 'self' • Accessing visions and guides - effetcs akin to deep meditation and (therapuetic use of) psychedelics • Enhancing creativity, intuition, and clarity in purpose. Body & Somatic Benefits • Releasing physical tension stored in the body • Heightened awareness of body-mind-universe connection *This is a potent practice and can affect bood pressure and pH in the body, so there are some health conditions that are not suitable inlcuding pregnancy, glaucoma, uncontorlled blood pressure - with any history of seizure and psychosis this type of should oractice should also be avoided.
