Just as She Is

A Sanctuary for Body Wisdom Come as you are — all parts of you are welcome here A Sanctuary for Body Wisdom Come as you are — all parts of you are welcome here. Creating an Inperson space where you feel safe, held and free to show up as yourself is at the heart of what I offer. A space where you can soften, take up more room, and arrive just as you are. My vision is to create a nurturing, compassionate sanctuary that nourishes you, a space where you can exhale, feel supported and reconnect with what really matters. One breath at a time. So often, life asks us to keep going, keep pushing through, carrying responsibilities, expectations and the needs of others, often running on autopilot and leaving very little space for ourselves. To gently put down your worries, your to-do lists, your roles and titles, and simply be. Within this space, you’ll be invited to slow down and find a more natural rhythm, one that honours your body, we’ll create space to listen inwardly and notice where you may have drifted away from your own needs, intuition and innate body wisdom. Through slowness comes clarity. Through presence, we create space for aliveness. This is an opportunity to reconnect with the part of you that knows. The part that longs to create, dream, express, explore and come home to herself. There is nothing to achieve, fix or get right. You don’t need any prior experience, simply come as you are, with an openness to meet yourself wherever you are on the day. What to expect A nourishing three-hour sanctuary for you to slow down, reconnect and simply be. 🌿 Beautiful countryside views 🌿 Gentle embodiment practice 🌿 Mindful meditation 🌿 Cacao 🌿 Expressive dance 🌿 Slow, gentle guided breathwork 🌿 A mini Gong Bath Everything will be offered as an invitation, with space to listen to yourself and honour what feels right for you.
