Reflective Book Club

BYOB - Bring Your Own Book This is a book group with a difference - rather than setting a book to be read, we are inviting you to bring along a book that means something to you. Perhaps one that has comforted you, or been alongside you in an important transition in your life. Maybe a book from your childhood. It doesn't matter what it is, as long you have a connection to it. You will have the opportunity to share with the group as much or as little as you like, about the book itself, and what it has meant to you. This group is run by an NCPS Accredited Psychotherapist - it is not a therapy group, but it is a safe space to share and explore your chosen book.
