An hour of total relaxation, with very restful Yoga & a Sound Bath. An hour of space and relaxation, supported through the mediums of Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing. This session will combine grounding, a long settling guided relaxation or relaxing breathwork and a mini sound bath. This class is suitable for all levels, and is particularly suited to anyone looking for a deeper relaxation experience.
