Join Amy- Sacred Sounds for a deeply relaxing sound bath evening, slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and preparing for the week ahead. A deeply relaxing sound bath with Amy from Sacred Sounds Spend your Sunday evening slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and preparing gently for the week ahead. Before December fills up with shopping lists, social plans and the pressure to make Christmas magical for everyone else, this is your opportunity to pause and nurture yourself too. Settle comfortably as the sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments invite your body and mind to soften and rest. There’s nothing to achieve and nowhere else you need to be. Just lie back, listen and allow yourself to receive. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable while lying down. Come in your pyjamas and fluffy socks if you like so you can slide straight into bed when you get home. Date: Sunday 22 November Time: 7.30-9pm Location: Thermomix Studio, Wakefield Give yourself 90 minutes of calm before Christmas and the week ahead.
