Come join us for a an hour's Women's Listening Circle where we support, inspire, and uplift each other in a safe and welcoming space! Welcome to our women's listening Circle! 🌾🍃🌸 Join us for a cosy Monday morning women's gathering: We will start with a grounding meditation, then move onto a paired and group share and finish with a poem and a cuppa. An hour for you to reset, calm and nourish your nervous system. Let's connect, support each other, and grow together!
