Marston Yoga: Mondays 6-7pm

Flowing sequences to stretch the body, connect with the breath and settle the mind. A frienly community class, offered as a 5 week block, from 7-8pm on Mondays in the Marston Scout Hall. Course dates: October 12, 19, 26, November 2, 9. We will explore poses and flowing sequences to stretch and strengthen the body. We'll gently work with the breath and explore some techniques for inviting stillness into the mind as well as the body. No prior experience is necessary, and I always offer lots of options so that participants can choose their own best pathway through the class based on how they're feeling that day. What to bring: • Yoga mat • Comfy clothing that you can move in • Blanket and/or eye pillow if you would like them for the final relaxation • Bottle of water Class Cover/Cancellation: If participants are unable to attend a class, I cannot offer a refund. If I am unable to teach, I will either organise a cover teacher, or offer a 'catch up session' at the end of the block.
