Calm, Release & Reiki - Group Breathwork & Reiki Experience

I’ll guide you through a conscious breathwork practice, followed by time to rest, integrate and receive Reiki in a calm and supportive space. You’ll be lying comfortably on a yoga mat during the session, although chairs are available if you would prefer to take part seated. With just 8 spaces available, this is an intimate group experience where you can switch off, reconnect with yourself and simply breathe. No previous experience of breathwork or Reiki is needed just come as you are and give yourself permission to pause, release and restore.
