The session begins with cacao drink or seasonal herbal tea), and gentle seasonal poetry reflections to help you unwind and drop into a meditative, creative state. Venue & Arrival Location: Wolvercote Mill (Upstairs Space), 2 Baynhams Drive, OX2 8FF Accessibility: Lift access available - please request in advance. Chairs can be provided if sitting/lying on the floor doesnt work for you. Timing: Doors open at 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM start. No late admissions once the session begins. What to Bring • Essential: An exercise/camping mat and a bottle of water. • Recommended: Warm layers, blankets, cushions, and an eye pillow or scarf. A bolster cushion (for placing behind the knees or using as a support), and blanket will be provided for each participant. Tickets & Pricing • Advance Booking Essential - no tickets will be sold on the door. • Tiered & Accessible Pricing: A 'Supporter' rate is available for those wishing to help subsidise reduced cost places. Cancellation Policy Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates, but you are welcome to pass your ticket to someone else.
