As autumn gently arrives, take some time to slow down, turn inward and create space for yourself. Join Wellness with Shakira for a deeply relaxing Reiki-infused Sound Bath, using soothing sound vibrations and gentle energy to support relaxation, grounding and restoration. What to Expect: • Reiki-infused Sound Bath • Deep relaxation and soothing vibrations • A calm, nurturing space to rest and reset • Time to reflect, release and welcome the new season Important Information • Spaces are limited and tickets are non-refundable. • Please arrive 10 minutes early. • Yoga mats are provided. Please bring additional pillows, blankets or mats if you’d like extra comfort. • Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring water. • Road maintence works are taking place on the road near the venue. The road remains open one way and the car park is accessible. If possible, please consider sharing a lift to help reduce congestion. • Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins.
