Inner Child Healing: Breathwork, Guided Meditation & Integration

Meet your younger self through connected breathwork, guided meditation, sound and a sharing circle. Inner Child Healing: Breathwork, Guided Meditation & Sound We all have a younger version of ourselves within us. Sometimes she shows up when we’re feeling scared, overwhelmed, rejected or unsure of ourselves. Sometimes our reactions feel bigger than the situation in front of us, and we don’t quite understand why. Our early experiences can shape how we respond to the world today. Inner child work is an opportunity to get curious about those patterns and learn to meet ourselves with a little more kindness. What if you could learn to be the person your younger self needed? Some parts of us need the most kindness, and they're often the parts we've learnt to push away. This evening gives you a safe, supported space to meet your inner child with more compassion Join me for a gentle yet powerful 90-minute experience combining Conscious Connected Breathwork, guided meditation and sound. We’ll begin with a softening meditation to help you settle and turn your attention inwards. Through the Breathwork, you’ll have space to connect with yourself and whatever comes up for you. Then, through a guided inner child meditation, you’ll be invited to meet your younger self, listen to what she might need and offer her the reassurance and care you can give her now. This is about reparenting yourself. Learning to have your own back, responding to yourself with compassion and discovering that you don’t have to keep responding to old situations in the same way. We’ll finish with gentle sound, time to reflect and an optional sharing circle. You can share with the group, journal privately or simply take some quiet time for yourself. There’s no pressure to talk or share anything personal. What to expect • A softening meditation to help you settle. • Conscious Connected Breathwork. • A guided inner child meditation. • Gentle sound and time to reflect. • An optional sharing circle or private journalling. A little about me I’m a qualified counsellor and trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, and the way I hold space is at the heart of what I do. You’ll be guided with care, with the freedom to listen to your own needs and take things at your own pace. You don’t need any previous Breathwork or meditation experience. You don’t need to know what to expect or have anything figured out. This is simply an opportunity to pause, connect with yourself and explore what it might feel like to offer yourself a little more of the kindness you so readily give to others. Your younger self is part of you. And the adult you is here now, ready to listen, to care and to have her own back. I’d love to welcome you.
