Event Details: No two individuals or families are the same, which is why our Group Support sessions are shaped by the needs of those who attend. These relaxed and welcoming sessions provide a safe space for individuals, parents, carers, and families to discuss the challenges they are facing, share experiences, and gain practical ideas and support from others who understand. Together, we explore topics relevant to everyday life, helping attendees better understand how ADHD, Autism, Tourette Syndrome, OCD, Specific Learning Disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental conditions can affect individuals and families. Whether you are looking for advice, encouragement, understanding, or simply the reassurance that you are not alone, our sessions offer an opportunity to connect with others, exchange ideas, and build supportive relationships. Please note: These are not counselling or therapy sessions. They are supportive and practical discussions where individuals, parents, carers, and families can learn from one another in a friendly and welcoming environment. Refreshments: Light refreshments are provided, including tea, coffee, and biscuits. Tickets: Ticket income helps us plan attendance and contributes towards the costs of room hire, insurance, refreshments, and other resources needed to run the group.
