Full Moon Sound Bath – Autumn Equinox

As the Full Moon shines close to the Autumn Equinox, it’s a beautiful time to pause, find balance and let go of what no longer serves you as we move into a new season. During this 60-minute sound bath, you’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable and simply rest while being immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes and other calming instruments. No experience is needed – just come as you are. 📅 Friday 25th September 🕢 7:30pm 📍 St Matthew’s Community Hall, Rainham What to bring • Yoga mat • Blanket and pillow for comfort • Water bottle • Anything else that helps you feel cosy Please arrive from 7:20pm to allow plenty of time to settle in comfortably. To keep the space calm and undisturbed for everyone, no entry will be possible after 7:30pm once the session begins. Important Information ⚠️ Please check with your GP before attending if you are: • Pregnant • Living with epilepsy • Have severe sound sensitivity • Have a pacemaker This event is suitable for beginners and anyone looking to enjoy an hour of peace, relaxation and self-care in a warm, welcoming and supportive space.
