Full description from organizer

An Immersive Breathwork & Therapeutic Sound Experience Breathe. Feel. Release. Reset. HONNE Breath & Sound An Immersive Breathwork & Therapeutic Sound Experience Breathe. Feel. Release. Reset. Take a pause from the pace of everyday life and discover the powerful connection between conscious breath and therapeutic sound. HONNE is a unique collaboration between breathwork facilitator Sarah Campbell Archer and HCPC Registered Music Therapist and Sound Practitioner Nicky Underwood, bringing together two complementary practices to create an immersive experience that supports both mind and body. Guided by Sarah's expert breathwork and supported by Nicky's live therapeutic soundscape, this two-hour journey invites you to reconnect with yourself through the natural rhythm of your breath. Unlike traditional sound baths, the music is not simply played in the background. Every sound has been carefully composed and is performed live using 432Hz instruments, quartz crystal singing bowls, handpan, flute and other harmonic instruments. The sound responds to and supports your breath, creating a deeply immersive and restorative experience. Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have practised before, this session offers a welcoming space to explore the remarkable relationship between breath, sound and wellbeing. Together, we are passionate about creating a space where guided breath and intentional sound amplify each other, offering a powerful and accessible experience. Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded and deeply connected to yourself.
