Try a Pilates class with Catherine, with your first session free. We’ll explore exercises to develop strength, balance and confidence. Come and try a Pilates class with Catherine, with your first session free. We’ll explore exercises to develop strength, balance and confidence in your movement. You don’t need previous Pilates experience, and you’re welcome to work at your own pace. This is a place in one of our regular group classes, giving you the chance to meet Catherine and experience the class before deciding whether you’d like to continue. The offer is for new participants only, with one free class per person across our Pilates classes. There’s no obligation to book further sessions. Please Note: • Parking is available at this location - Spaces are limited at the front of the hall, but there is a larger car park also available round the back of the hall • Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. • Please bring your own mat - other equipment is provided for this free session • The last 15 minutes of the class is a relaxation section • If you enjoy your free session and would like to keep coming along, regular Pilates classes are £13 per session PAYG or £10 paid upfront. • If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking so that someone else has the opportunity to take the place.
