Walk: autumn migrant birds on the Fife Coast

This event has been cancelled due to an event taking place in Kilminning This is a full day walk so bring a packed lunch and drinks. We will walk from the newly rewilded Kilminning wetland to Fife Ness scanning the bushes for any newly arrived small passerine birds. We will also be checking the wetland for waders and the sea for passing seabirds. The coastal paths is very uneven and rocky so strong waterproof footwear essential. Expect it to be cold and windy so dress accordingly. Family friendly but children must be with an adult. Dogs may need to be on short leads as sheep may be grazing. Binoculars recommended. Bring telescopes if you have them. There are no toilet facilities or cafe facilities nearby. Don’t forget the picnic!! Meet at Kilminning Community Nature Reserve, Crail.
