Community get together. Bringing sound and connection the the older generation. Calm & Cuppa ☕✨ We're so excited to bring Calm & Cuppa to the wonderful community of Wistanswick. This gentle daytime gathering has been created especially for retired members of our community, a chance to slow down, relax, and reconnect through the calming power of sound. Enjoy a deeply restorative sound bath where all you need to do is lie back, get comfortable, and listen. The soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle instruments can help quiet a busy mind, ease tension, encourage relaxation and leave you feeling lighter, calmer and refreshed. Afterwards, stay for a warm cuppa, homemade cake and friendly conversation. Whether you come with a friend or on your own, you'll be warmly welcomed into a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. As part of our community engagement project, this experience is offered at a reduced rate to make the benefits of sound healing more accessible to our older generation.
