Join us for a relaxing Full Moon Sound Bath in Staffordshire, combining the calming experience of sound healing with a little festive Christmas magic. As we head towards the busy Christmas season, we're inviting you to take a little time out, slow down and enjoy an evening just for you. Set in the beautiful countryside at Far Coley Farm, our warm and cosy barn will be transformed with twinkling lights, Christmas trees and everything you need for a relaxing evening. Think beautiful sound vibrations, cosy blankets, hot chocolate and festive mince pies. Whether you're looking for a sound bath near Stoke-on-Trent, a relaxing wellness experience in Staffordshire or simply an opportunity to switch off before Christmas, this evening is for you. 🌕 Welcoming in the Full Moon The November full moon offers a lovely opportunity to pause, reflect and let go of anything you're ready to leave behind as we move towards the end of the year. We'll welcome you into our cosy barn, giving you time to settle in, get comfortable and leave the outside world behind. ✨ Time to Rest, Relax & Recharge Make yourself comfortable on one of our provided mattresses, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket and allow yourself to completely switch off. Kelly Bisson, Sound Bath Practitioner and Energy & Events Facilitator, will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath, using a beautiful combination of: • Crystal singing bowls tuned to 432Hz. • Buffalo drum. • Koshi chimes. • Cactus rainstick. • Guided relaxation and meditation. Allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you, giving yourself some much-needed time to rest, relax and reset. Sound baths offer a wonderful opportunity to slow down, quieten the mind and create space away from the demands of everyday life. No expectations, nothing to do and nowhere else you need to be. 🎄 A Little Christmas Magic We'll bring the evening to a close with a delicious hot chocolate and festive mince pies. Enjoy the twinkling Christmas trees, soak up the cosy surroundings and take a little time to chat, connect and enjoy the moment. And whilst you're at the farm, don't forget that Far Coley Farm Christmas trees are available to buy too! Whether you've experienced a sound bath before or this is your very first time, you're very welcome. You don't need any previous experience of meditation, sound healing or relaxation practices.
