Therapeutic sound, music & meditation at Stoke Minster, designed to help busy doers switch off, relax, emotionally reset, feel free & full. The return of Higher Frequency Live™ @ Stoke Minster Therapeutic Sound, Music & Meditation : THE FESTIVE CHILL Edition ✨ Unforgettable christmassy mind, body and soul restoration inside the beautiful Minster of Stoke-on-Trent. _____________ Higher Frequency Live™ returns to Stoke Minster this Christmas for another deeply restorative evening of therapeutic sound, music and guided meditation inside one of Staffordshire’s most breathtaking spaces. December brings its own addition of heart touching magic with our heart warming, festive atmosphere, twinkling music and as always the ambiance of the candles and therapeutic sounds to relax you. These evenings have very gently grown into one of the city’s most loved relaxation experiences… …with Stoke Minster events now repeatedly selling out as more and more people seek safe, trusted and accessible spaces where they can genuinely switch off from modern life burnout for a while. And honestly… the beautiful atmosphere inside the Minster has become something really special. A church full of wonderful people slowing down together, in unity. Phones forgotten. Other people’s problems put down for an evening. Bodies learning how to soften. Busy nervous systems finally moving out of survival mode Aka patience with loved ones restored. The great big collective exhale. It’s gentle. But powerful. And deeply supportive to experience together. — TAKE A MOMENT FOR YOU - say YES to yourself. If life has felt particularly stretched, loud, emotionally heavy or overstimulating lately… this evening was created with you in mind. Higher Frequency Live™ is designed to help busy minds and overloaded nervous systems deeply relax through a carefully guided therapeutic journey using immersive sound, music, meditation and intentional rest. No phones. No pressure. No expectations. No need to perform. No need to talk, share or explain. No need to “get it right.” Just space to breathe again. Feel held. And release what’s been heavy. Guests often leave feeling calmer, lighter, emotionally clearer and more grounded… with many reporting the best sleep they’ve had in a long time afterwards. Because when the body finally feels safe enough to relax… everything begins to soften. And beyond the experience itself, life often has a beautiful way of beginning to feel more supportive and easier to move through too. — WHAT TO EXPECT This 75-90 minute experience may include (no evening is exactly the same): • Guided therapeutic relaxation • Gentle mindful breathing • Lay-down listening therapy using emotive music • Higher Frequency Rewire™ guided meditation • A deeply immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, gong, chimes and therapeutic instruments • Light aromatherapy to support calm and emotional relaxation The experience is intentionally designed to help your mind and body gradually settle into deeper rest throughout the evening. Many guests simply describe it as: “The reset I didn’t realise I needed.” “I didn’t think it would be possible for me to switch off… but I did and it was amazing.” “Absolutely beautiful.” — THE SPACE There is something incredibly calming to the nervous system about experiencing therapeutic sound inside one of our beautiful historic churches.
