Ladies Night in support of PTSD and celebrating 3 years of Dress2mydoor Ltd

Celebrate Dress2mydoor’s 3rd birthday with a fun in-person ladies’ night supporting a PTSD charity. Join us for a fun, in-person ladies’ night for the local community, celebrating women and supporting people affected by PTSD. Celebrating three years of Dress2mydoor We’re celebrating everyone who has helped Dress2mydoor Ltd reach its third birthday: our volunteers, supporters, customers, friends and followers. Join us to celebrate together and support PTSD. What’s happening • Pamper and gift stalls • A fashion show • Mystery bags of dresses and a sale of occasion wear • Stylist support and more Supporting PTSD PTSD affects people in many different ways. Our own Sophie developed PTSD after a road traffic accident abroad when she was 10. Its effects continued through her adolescent years and eventually led to self-harm. Her family and a local charity supported her. Our dear friend Vince has also been affected by PTSD. We met Vince and his wife, Carol, on the same holiday where we had our accident, and they have been close friends ever since. When Vince told us about his fundraising, we wanted to get involved. In December, Vince will take to the boxing ring with Ultra White Collar Boxing to raise money for a PTSD charity. He says the charity, alongside his family’s support, funded vital help that enabled him to reclaim his well-being. He wants to help others access that support and is aiming to raise £500. Dress2mydoor’s profits from the ladies’ night will be donated to Vince in person to add to the funds he raises. We’ll also be raising money on the night for this cause, which is close to our hearts.
