Whether you’re a lifelong fan of the era or simply looking for a fun family day out, there’s something for everyone, with live entertainment, dancing, crafts, games, vintage characters and plenty of wartime nostalgia throughout the weekend. 🪖 CREWE AT WAR EXHIBITION Explore our immersive, interactive exhibition, which explores Crewe's contribution to WWII. 🎶 LIVE 1940s ENTERTAINMENT Enjoy performances throughout the day, including: • Lancashire Belle - bringing the sounds of the 1940s to life with performances throughout the day • George Formby – enjoy live sets each day from Kyle Evans • Lindy Hop dancing – join Amanda & Rich for fun 1940s dance sessions throughout the weekend • 1940s Radio.com – your compère throughout the weekend, keeping you up to date with everything happening 💨 MINIATURE RAILWAY STEAM RIDES Experience the magic of steam travel with a ride on our miniature railway, celebrating the railway heritage of the 1940s and wartime Britain. ✂️ 1940s CRAFTS Get creative with Debbie Goldsmith, Postcards from the 1940s, with a chance to make your own 1940s-inspired craft. 🎲 1940s FUN & GAMES Enjoy traditional style 1940s games and activities throughout the event , perfect for families and younger visitors. 🚂 PLUS, EXPLORE CREWE HERITAGE CENTRE Your ticket also includes access to the wider Heritage Centre, including: 🚂 Miniature railway ride 🚅 Viewing platform 🚆 Trains and Locomotives ☕ Café 🛍️ Gift shop And don’t forget to dress up!
