Important Information This event is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, individuals with pacemakers, or those with sound-induced epilepsy. No previous wild swimming experience is required. The lake session will be guided by a trained professional, making it accessible for beginners and experienced swimmers alike. The sauna allows for 6 people. So this will be on rotation if needed. A vegan cake option is available. Please email to order. As this is an outdoor experience, the event is weather dependent. In the unlikely event of cancellation, a new date will be offered. If the alternative date is not suitable, a full refund will be available.
