Hope

A morning workshop to help humans optimise their life If you're ready for a life review, come spend some time with us. Many people go through life on autopilot and, even if they get through it without any big events, reach a point where the way they are heading doesn't match their expectations. It can feel like wearing clothes that no longer fit, only it's your life, no longer being lived your way. Reorienting doesn't have to be impossible. It can simply be your new direction. Hope is not your usual workshop. We won't be meditating, doing breathwork, or gonging the gongs. We will be going deeper than that; right to the heart of our suffering, of our discomfort, of our yearning for more and giving ourselves the chance to uncover the roadmap for the next chapter of our life. How do I know it's for me? • Feeling anxious, irritable, overwhelmed, bored, or lost? • Your next phase of life's journey is creeping up on you and you haven't yet decided what you want to do? • Thinking of changing career, searching for a new hobby, or wondering if you're falling out of love and you don't know what to do about it? There are reasons to be Hopeful, and we want to share them with you. Here is what you can expect: • An exploration into conscious awareness and who you are beyond labels • An understanding of how, going forward, you can tap into your own internal satnav to help guide you • A deeper connection to self and others See you there, Love Nicky and Jane
