An ADHD Women's Wellbeing event for late-diagnosed women. Recently diagnosed with ADHD and now want to move forward? Join me in December! The Next Chapter: An In-Person Event for ADHD Women Recently diagnosed with ADHD? Perhaps you’ve known for a while, but you’re still wondering: what happens next? Understanding your ADHD can explain so much. The overwhelm. The sensitivity. The exhaustion from trying to keep up. The ideas and potential that don’t always translate into action. The years spent wondering why certain things seemed harder for you than for everyone else. But diagnosis and awareness are often only the beginning. The Next Chapter is a warm, welcoming in-person event for women who discovered their ADHD later in life and are ready to explore what comes next — with more self-understanding, self-trust and compassion, and far less pressure to become someone they’re not. Hosted by Kate Moryoussef, wellbeing coach, author of The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Toolkit and host of the award-winning ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Podcast, this morning brings together the conversations Kate has been having with ADHD women for almost five years. What can you expect? This isn't about fixing yourself, becoming more productive or leaving with another enormous list of things you should be doing. Instead, we'll explore what it can look like to build a life that works more naturally with your brain, nervous system, energy and capacity. Together, we'll talk about: • moving from ADHD awareness towards genuine self-acceptance • understanding your needs without constantly judging them • energy, overwhelm, boundaries and capacity • rebuilding trust in yourself after years of second-guessing • identity and the changes that can come after a later ADHD diagnosis • finding environments, relationships and ways of living where you can thrive • allowing yourself to think about what your next chapter might actually look like There will be conversation, reflection, a guest speaker and Q&A, alongside time to meet and connect with other women who may understand your experience in a way that feels surprisingly familiar. And if you're coming alone, you absolutely won't be the only one. There is no expectation to network, perform, share personal experiences or have everything figured out. You can participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you. Who is this event for? You might have been formally diagnosed with ADHD, be waiting for an assessment, or simply have reached a point where you're beginning to recognise yourself through a neurodivergent lens. Perhaps you're navigating motherhood, work, relationships, changing hormones or a new stage of life alongside this understanding. Or perhaps you've spent years feeling slightly out of step and are finally asking: If I understand myself differently now, how do I want to live differently too? That's the conversation we're creating space for. Event details Sunday 6 December 2026 Arrival from 10:30am Event: 11:00am–1:30pm The Ged Mason Building, Seashell Trust, Greater Manchester There is onsite parking and space to step outside if you need some air or a quieter moment. Hot drinks, pastries and fruit will be available, with a 25-minute break during the morning. Tickets are limited to 60 women, keeping the event intimate enough for genuine conversation and connection. Come as you are. You don't need to know what your next chapter is yet. The intention is simply that you leave feeling a little lighter, more understood, more connected — and perhaps clearer about what you want to take with you into whatever comes next.
