As we approach the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year, we'll gather together, wrap up warm and welcome the morning as the sun rises over the Staffordshire countryside. A crisp winter walk. The first light of the day. Time to breathe. A beautiful sound bath. And a warm coffee or tea afterwards. What better way to welcome winter? 🤎 🌅 WELCOME THE SUNRISE We'll meet at Far Coley Farm while the morning is still quiet and the countryside is waking up. We'll begin with a gentle winter sunrise walk around the farm, taking in the crisp morning air, beautiful countryside and peaceful surroundings. Far Coley Farm is surrounded by fields, woodland and lakes, with stunning views across Cannock Chase, the perfect setting to experience the changing light of a winter morning. We'll take our time. No rushing. No phones needed. Just a chance to walk, breathe deeply and take in the beauty around you. And as the sun begins to rise, we'll pause and welcome in the new day together. 🎶 THEN… TIME TO REST After our walk, we'll head into the beautiful Barn and settle down for a deeply relaxing sound bath. Get cosy on your mat, wrap yourself in your blanket and allow yourself to completely switch off. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum and other beautiful sound instruments, I'll create an immersive and calming sound experience to help you slow down and simply be. You don't need any previous experience. You don't need to know how to meditate. And there is nothing you need to achieve. Just get comfortable, close your eyes and let the sounds wash over you. The darkest days are here, but from the solstice onwards, the days gradually begin to get lighter again. I love the symbolism of starting our morning this way. Walking through the darkness. Watching the sunrise. Taking time to pause and reflect. And welcoming the return of the light. You don't need to set intentions or share anything with anyone. This is simply an opportunity to take a moment for yourself before the busyness of Christmas arrives. ☕ COFFEE, TEA & A LITTLE SOMETHING TO EAT After the sound bath, we'll come back together with a warming coffee or tea and a light snack. A chance to warm up, chat, connect and enjoy the cosy atmosphere of Far Coley Farm.
