Part of my series of Seasonal Creative Retreat Mornings at Moddershall Oaks, each gathering is inspired by the energy of the season, with its own creative process, healing focus and reflective theme. January's morning is centred around new beginnings, transition, possibility and the symbolism of the doorway — that beautiful space between what has been and what is still waiting to unfold. ✨ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩. It's a thoughtfully held retreat morning designed especially for sensitive souls, deep feelers, over-givers, tired nervous systems and anyone finding themselves standing at a threshold in their life. There can be so much pressure in January to suddenly become a whole new version of ourselves. Into the New is an invitation to do things a little differently. To take a breath before rushing forwards. To honour where you have been. To listen for what is calling you next. And to allow the path ahead to reveal itself gently. 🌿 𝐀 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮 We'll begin with a warm welcome and refreshments as you settle into the beautiful surroundings of Moddershall Oaks. Over the morning, you'll be guided through meditation, Reiki-infused visualisation, reflective journalling and intuitive creative expression, with space to simply be, without pressure or expectation. 🎨 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 You'll create your own doorway painting — a beautiful symbolic piece representing the threshold between one chapter and the next. Using colour, imagery, words and intuition, you'll explore what you're ready to leave behind, what you want to carry with you, and what might be waiting on the other side of your own doorway. There is no need to know exactly what that next chapter looks like. Sometimes we simply need to open the door. 🔮 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Because I work intuitively as well as creatively, each guest will also receive a short, private 1:1 three-month Soul Reflection reading during the morning. This offers a little space for personal insight into the energies, themes and possibilities unfolding for you as you move into the months ahead.
