Trosolwg Mae llawer o berchnogion busnes wedi clywed llawer am AI ond nid ydynt yn siŵr ble i ddechrau, beth y gall ei wneud mewn gwirionedd, neu a yw'n ddiogel i'w ddefnyddio. Mae'r sesiwn hon yn rhoi dealltwriaeth glir, ymarferol i fynychwyr o beth yw offer AI, sut maent yn gweithio a ble y gallant helpu mewn lleoliad busnes. Bydd mynychwyr yn cael cyfle i ddefnyddio offer AI yn ystod y sesiwn a byddant yn gadael gyda dealltwriaeth gliriach o sut i gael canlyniadau mwy defnyddiol. Gall mynychwyr sydd eisoes â rhywfaint o brofiad gydag offer AI ymuno â Gweithdy 2 neu 3 heb fod wedi mynychu'r sesiynau cynharach. This session cuts through the noise and gives attendees a clear, practical understanding of what AI tools are, how they work and where they can genuinely help in a business setting. Attendees will have hands-on time using AI tools during the session and will leave with a clearer understanding of how to get more useful results from them. What Attendees Will Learn • What AI tools are and how they work in plain, everyday terms • Where AI can genuinely save time and effort in a small business • What AI is not good at and where caution is needed • Common risks to be aware of, including accuracy, privacy and over-reliance • How to communicate clearly with AI to get better, more useful responses • How to give AI the right instructions and context to improve results Workshop 2 Workshop 3- A Note on the Workshop Series Each workshop has been designed to stand on its own. Attendees who already have some experience with AI tools can join at Workshop 2 or 3 without having attended the earlier sessions. However, attending all three gives the best overall experience and the most practical value. All three workshops are suitable for business owners, managers, employees and advisors. No technical background is required. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet to follow along with the practical exercises. This workshop will be delivered in English.
