Floating Sound Bath BAM

Drift away in waves of soothing sounds and let your worries melt during this relaxing floating sound bath experience. The Floating Crystal Sound Bath: Drifting in Stillness. Step away from the earth and find your center on the water. In this unique Floating Crystal Sound Bath, you will settle onto a soft airbed, drifting peacefully across the water’s surface. Protected from the elements but cradled by the gentle movement of the pool, you’ll experience a sensation of total suspension—like a cloud floating on a lake. As you drift, the pure, high-frequency vibrations of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls fill the air. These tones resonate across the water, creating a sanctuary of sound that encourages your mind to go quiet and your body to let go! The Journey - A Private Island of Peace: Lying on the airbed allows you to be fully "on" the water without being "in" it. You remain warm, dry, and perfectly supported as the gentle ebb and flow of the water rocks you into a deep state of relaxation. The Power of Sound: The crystalline frequencies travel across the pool, enveloping you in a 360-degree sonic cocoon. This helps shift your brainwaves into the Theta state—the sweet spot of deep meditation and healing. Unparalleled Buoyancy: Removing the hard surface of the floor allows your spine to neutralize. Without the pressure of gravity, you can let go of the tension you’ve been holding in your shoulders, neck, and lower back. The Benefits: • Sensory Reset: The rhythmic, micro-movements of the water under your airbed soothe the vestibular system, grounding your energy while your mind soars. • Deep Vibrational Healing: The crystal bowls work to clear static in your energy field, leaving you feeling refreshed, aligned, and mentally light. • Total Surrender: There is nowhere to go and nothing to do but Breathe, Align, and Manifest your inner peace as you drift in the center of the room. No splashes, no stress—just the crystal-clear resonance of sound and the effortless drift of the water. Enhance Your Experience To make the most of your time with us, you have the option to book an optional extra sauna session before the sound bath to melt away any initial tension (Send us a message if you would like more information). After the session concludes, you are warmly welcomed to join us for a relaxing cup of herbal tea. It’s a wonderful opportunity to talk about anything that may have come up during your journey, or simply take your time to ease back into your body before driving home, all while connecting with other like-minded people.
