Gweithdy Cyllid Ymarferol i Fusnesau Newydd | Practical Start-Up Finance Workshop Hanfodion Busnes i Unig Fasnachwr Mae'r gweithdy hwn wedi'i gynllunio ar gyfer unigolion sy'n ystyried sefydlu busnes fel unig fasnachwr, neu sydd yng nghamau cynnar eu taith fusnes, ac a fyddai'n elwa ar gymorth ymarferol i ddeall a rheoli ochr ariannol hunangyflogaeth. Bydd y gweithdy yn canolbwyntio ar droi'r hyn sy'n aml yn gallu teimlo fel rhan lethol o ddechrau busnes yn gamau clir, ymarferol a haws. Cynnwys y Gweithdy Bydd y gweithdy yn cael ei ddatblygu a'i gyflwyno'n benodol ar gyfer unigolion sy'n dechrau neu'n datblygu busnes fel unig fasnachwr a bydd yn cynnwys: • Deall y prif rwymedigaethau ariannol a'r rhai o ran cadw cofnodion allweddol wrth ddod yn hunangyflogedig • Canllawiau ymarferol ar sefydlu prosesau ariannol da o'r cychwyn cyntaf • Gwahanol ddulliau o gadw cyfrifon a chadw cofnodion • Trosolwg o'r feddalwedd cadw cyfrifon sydd ar gael, gan gynnwys manteision ac anfanteision y gwahanol opsiynau • Dulliau ymarferol ar gyfer cofnodi gwerthiannau ac incwm busnes • Sut i gofnodi, trefnu a chadw tystiolaeth o dreuliau busnes • Deall y mathau o gostau y gall unig fasnachwr eu hawlio a'r rhai na ellir eu hawlio • Systemau syml ar gyfer rheoli derbynebau, anfonebau a chofnodion busnes • Camgymeriadau ariannol cyffredin sy'n cael eu gwneud wrth ddechrau busnes a sut i'w hosgoi • Ystyriaethau wrth i brosiect pres poced ddatblygu'n fusnes mwy sefydledig • Trafodaeth ryngweithiol a chyfle i'r cyfranogwyr roi'r wybodaeth ar waith yn eu busnesau eu hunain • Bydd adnoddau ategol yn cael eu paratoi i gyfranogwyr fynd â nhw o'r gweithdy, gan roi gwybodaeth ymarferol y gallant gyfeirio ati wrth iddynt sefydlu eu prosesau ariannol. Cyflwyno i Grŵp Bach Rhyngweithiol Mae'r gweithdy wedi'i gynllunio'n fwriadol ar gyfer grŵp bach o hyd at chwe chyfranogwr. Yn hytrach na chyflwyno gwybodaeth gyffredinol ar ffurf cyflwyniad, mae'r grŵp llai yn galluogi'r gweithdy i fod yn rhyngweithiol ac yn ymatebol i'r busnesau sy'n cael eu cynrychioli. Bydd cyfranogwyr yn cael eu hannog i drafod eu sefyllfa bresennol ar eu taith fusnes, y systemau y maent yn eu hystyried neu eisoes yn eu defnyddio, a'r meysydd lle maent yn brin o hyder. Mae hyn yn rhoi cyfle i gyfranogwyr gael canllawiau mwy ymarferol a phwrpasol mewn amgylchedd grŵp, heb y gost sylweddol uwch o ddarparu cymorth unigol un-i-un i bob cyfranogwr. Felly, mae'r gweithdy arfaethedig wedi'i ddatblygu nid yn unig ar sail y cwestiynau a gaf yn rheolaidd gan gleientiaid, ond hefyd ar sail y meysydd lle credaf y byddai canllawiau ariannol ymarferol ychwanegol wedi bod o werth i mi pan ddechreuais fod yn hunangyflogedig. The focus will be on taking what can often feel like an overwhelming area of starting a business and turning it into clear, practical and manageable steps. Workshop Content · The workshop will be developed and delivered specifically for individuals starting or developing a soletrader business and will include: · Understanding the key financial and record-keeping obligations of becoming self-employed · Practical guidance on setting up good financial processes from the outset · Different approaches to bookkeeping and record keeping · An overview of bookkeeping software available, including the advantages and disadvantages of · different options · Practical methods for recording sales and business income · How to record, organise and retain evidence of business expenses · Understanding the types of costs that can and cannot generally be claimed by a sole trader · Simple systems for managing receipts, invoices and business records · Common financial mistakes made when starting out and how these can be avoided · Considerations as a side hustle develops into a more established business · Interactive discussion and the opportunity to apply the information to participants' own businesses · Supporting resources will be prepared for participants to take away from the workshop, giving them · practical information to refer back to as they establish their financial processes. Interactive Small-Group Delivery The workshop is intentionally designed for a small group of up to six participants. Rather than delivering generic information in a presentation format, the smaller group allows the workshop to be interactive and responsive to the businesses represented in the room. Participants will be encouraged to discuss where they currently are in their business journey, the systems they are considering or already using, and the areas where they lack confidence. This provides participants with access to more tailored, practical guidance within a group environment, without the considerably higher cost of providing individual one-to-one support to each participant. Practical, First-Hand Experience Alongside my professional experience supporting sole traders with their bookkeeping and financial processes, I have also been through the process of establishing and developing my own business in recent years. Carmarthenshire County Council has been part of that journey through the funding, courses and business support I have accessed. The proposed workshop has therefore been developed not only around the questions I regularly receive from clients, but also around the areas where I believe additional practical financial guidance would have been valuable when I first became self-employed. My aim is for participants to leave the workshop with greater clarity around their responsibilities, practical systems they can implement immediately and, most importantly, a clear idea of what they need to do next.
