CWRE session sharing practical strategies, school examples & impact. Speakers: Youth Empowerment, Institute of Physics & STEM Cymru. Mae'r sesiwn dysgu proffesiynol hon yn archwilio sut y gellir gwreiddio Gyrfaoedd a Phrofiadau sy'n Gysylltiedig â Byd Gwaith (CWRE) ar draws Cwricwlwm i Gymru. Bydd yn canolbwyntio ar weithredu ymarferol, cynnydd ac effaith gan ddefnyddio model Ysbrydoli–Gwreiddio–Effaith a'r 9 elfen CWRE. Bydd ysgolion cynradd ac uwchradd yn rhannu enghreifftiau o arfer effeithiol, tra bydd partneriaid gan gynnwys Youth Empowerment, yr Institute of Physics a STEM Cymru yn cynnig mewnwelediad i sgiliau, llwybrau a chymwysiadau byd go iawn. Bydd cyfranogwyr yn archwilio offer ac adnoddau ymarferol megis cynllunio, mapio’r cwricwlwm a gwybodaeth am y farchnad lafur, gyda ffocws ar syniadau y gellir eu defnyddio ar unwaith. Mae'r sesiwn yn cynnig cyfleoedd i gydweithio, myfyrio a rhannu arfer, gan helpu ysgolion i ddatblygu dulliau mwy cyson, perthnasol ac ystyrlon sy'n cefnogi pob dysgwr. This professional learning session explores how Careers and Work-Related Experiences (CWRE) can be embedded across the Curriculum for Wales. It focuses on practical implementation, progression and impact using the Inspire–Embed–Impact model and the 9 CWRE elements. Primary and secondary schools will share examples of effective practice, while partners including Youth Empowerment, the Institute of Physics and STEM Cymru will provide insights into skills, pathways and real-world applications. Participants will explore practical tools and resources including planning approaches, curriculum mapping and labour market information, with a focus on ideas that can be used immediately in schools. The session provides opportunities for collaboration, reflection and the sharing of practice, helping schools develop more consistent, relevant and meaningful approaches that support all learners.
