This is a face to face support group for people, families/carers living with kidney disease in the upper Swansea valley communities The Kidney Cafe is run by Popham Kidney Support volunteers with personal experience of kidney disease to support the people living in the upper Swansea valley communities (ie Abercrave, Ystradgynlais, Cwmtwrch, Seven Sisters, Banwen, Pontardawe and Glynneath etc) who are living with kidney disease. An opportunity to meet face to face for a cuppa, chat and find out more how you can access support from about Popham Kidney Support. Parking is available.
