Neptune Warehouse Sale: Up to 70% Off We’re opening the doors to our Neptune warehouse for our biggest furniture and accessories sale yet, with up to 70% off hundreds of items, including samples, seconds, ex-display pieces and end-of-line designs. From furniture, upholstery and garden sets to accessories and more, there’s plenty to discover. As the sale is predominantly made up of larger pieces, including furniture and upholstery, we recommend coming in a larger vehicle so you can easily transport your purchases home. You can also enjoy shopping from the Swindon store, coffee and cake refreshments from The Provenist Café, and late-night shopping on Thursday evening. Venue: Neptune HQ, Blagrove, Frankland Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 8YG. Dates: Tuesday 15th – Saturday 19th September 2026 Opening hours: • Arrival: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your booked time slot, there will be no early entry. All attendees must leave at the end of their one-hour time slot to help manage capacity. • 10am – 5:30pm, with last entry at 4:30pm. • Thursday evening late night shopping 5:30 - 7:00pm, with last entry at 6.30pm. Ticket details: • Entry: All tickets will be checked upon arrival at the car park and again at the entrance to the warehouse sale. Please have your ticket ready to present at both checkpoints. This is a ticket-only event. Unfortunately, we cannot admit customers without a valid ticket. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you have your ticket with you before arriving. • Time slots: Six bookable slots per day: 10–11:00am, 11–12:00pm, 12:30 - 1:30pm, 1:30 - 2:30pm, 3:00-4:00pm, and 4:00-5:00pm. • Late night shopping: Thursday 17th 5:30-7:00pm. • Cost: This event is free of charge but requires a ticket due to limited parking and capacity. • Ticket allocation: 1 ticket covers you for 1 person. Only 1 ticket can be booked per order. Group bookings are not available. • Please enter accurate details during booking. This helps us prepare for check-in, maintain safety and ensure event communications are correct. Parking • Location: Parking will be onsite at Neptune HQ (SN5 8YG). • Availability: Spaces are limited, each booking allows one parking space. When ordering your ticket, please select whether you will require a parking space, so we can manage capacity for each time slot. • Electric vehicle charging: EV bays will not be available for charging during the event. They may still be used for parking. • Disclaimer: Car parking is at the customer’s own risk. The event organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings. Shopping tips • Measurements: If buying larger items, it's advisable to take accurate measurements of your space ahead of the event. Here's a link to our short guide. • Items to bring: • A tape measure. • Shopping bags to take smaller items home with you. • We won’t be offering a wrapping service at the event, so please remember to bring your own packaging for larger and fragile furniture items. • Queues may extend outdoors. Please bring an umbrella or waterproof if rain is expected. Payment • Cashless event: This is a cashless event, but all major credit cards will be accepted. Transporting your purchases: • Collection: All items purchased on the day must be taken home on the same day. • Delivery: No Neptune delivery service will be available, but local delivery services will be recommended. Alternatively, please arrange transportation in advance if you plan to purchase large-scale items. • Neptune staff will be on hand to help you carry larger items. Venue notes • Stock will be replenished throughout the sale. • The Archive store at Neptune Swindon will be closed during the sale. • Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed except for guide dogs. • Due to venue capacity, guests who have booked multiple sessions will be required to exit the venue at the end of each session. This allows our team time to replenish supplies and prepare the venue, as well as take a well-deserved break before welcoming guests for the next session. Terms & Conditions • All sales are final; refunds will not be permitted (unless faulty). • It’s the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly examine items before buying them. • Customers must collect all items on the day of purchase. • Orders remaining uncollected after 24 hours will be cancelled and refunded less a 25% non-collection fee. • Guests who have booked multiple sessions will be required to exit the venue at the end of each session allowing our team time to replenish supplies and take a well-deserved break before welcoming guests for the next session. • Cheques, gift cards, vouchers and voucher codes will not be accepted.
