This informative session is designed to help parent carers understand the options available and navigate the decision-making process with confidence. During the session, we'll explore: • The range of Post-16 opportunities available in Gloucestershire • What to consider when choosing the right setting for your young person • When to start exploring options and planning ahead • How to recognise whether a placement is a good fit • The Post-16 application process • What happens if your young person has an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan • What your options are if you disagree with the named placement There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during a dedicated Q&A session at the end. Whether you're just starting to think about Post-16 options or preparing to make important decisions, this session will provide practical information, guidance, and support.
